This is an application for the Series 3/3a that lets you import Database files with individual records up to 4 k in size!  The merge-in filters on the 3/3a can handle fields of up to 255 characters in size, so use this app to import much larger fields.  Just copy to any \APP\ directory and use "Install" in the system screen.  Make sure that the file you have exported has the extension ".EXP" and is in the \DAT\ directory.....
